Caskets we have a complete selection of all Wood, Veneer , Bronze, Cooper , and 16-20 Gauge Steel caskets.
Cremation Options If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are cardboard which is included in the cost for a direct cremation.
Don’t worry, other cremation caskets and alternative containers are available if you would like something different (they just cost a little more).
Lay To Rest offers other ‘Environmentally Friendly’ choices such as Bamboo and Wicker caskets and cremation containers (they too just cost a little more).
If you would like to see the range of available caskets we will provide you with a Casket General Price List. We have provided prices for a standard and our oversized caskets. Some caskets are only provided in a standard size.
You have the right to purchase a metal casket for cremation services with a viewing . However , the loved one will not be cremated in a metal casket they would need to be transferred to an appropriate cremation container. This would be discussed and planned at the arrangement conference so you make the best decision for you and your family.
